::  When Changing Jobs Doesn't Make Sense

Changing Jobs Doesn't Make Sense When:

-You will lose your benefits, vacation or 401(k)

-The length of your employment with a company is too short (less than a year) and/or you need to improve your job stability (more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years).

-The Opportunity to advance in position or salary is imminent.

-The Lack of experience needed to obtain a new position (technical knowledge or management skills) are weak.

-Your pay is so competitive, that no company can beat or match it.

-Special Schedule needs have been accommodated by current employer.

-Your credit, criminal, and driving record is being checked by almost every employer and yours is not in good shape.

-Problems or issues you have with peers or supervisors appear likely to be resolved.

-Your company has a great reputation and is well respected, so spending more time there strengthens your resume.
