Alyssa Sherman is the Director of Operations with Atlantic Personnel Search.  She has 7 years of restaurant management experience and has been in the recruiting and placement business since 1996.  She has recently celebrated her 8th year with the company.  Alyssa has earned the designation CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) from The Board of Regents of the National Association of Personnel Services in 2004.  She graduated from The Catholic University of America with a degree in Human Resources Management.  In her spare time, Alyssa serves as President of C-4, a local charity that provides clothing, holiday toys and school supplies to needy families.

Ken Ranko

Ken Ranko is the Business Manager with Atlantic Personnel Search.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations with a minor in Human Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University.  He is Six Sigma certified (SSGB) and has over 13 years of practical experience in Human Resource and Operations Management.  He has also held multiple positions in the Food and Beverage industry.

Justin has served as the company Bookkeeper for five years.  He graduated from the Academy of Finance while attending Patuxent High School and is currently working towards a degree in Corporate Finance.  He was recently accepted into Towson University.

William Krupitzer

William is the Founder and Executive Consultant of APS.  Bill has extensive operations experience, having spent eight years as an Area Director for a high volume full service chain.  He has also worked in product development, menu engineering, design, and various other areas as well as partnering in an independent restaurant.  Bill has been in the staffing business for over 14 years and has earned the designation of CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) from The Board of Regents of the National Association of Personnel Services in 1999.
