Bill is the founder and
president of APS.
Bill has extensive operations
experience, having spent 8 years as an
Area Director for a high volume
full-service chain. He has also
worked in product development, menu
engineering and design, and various
other areas as well as partnering in an
independent restaurant. Bill has
been in the staffing business for
thirteen years and has earned the designation
of Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC)
from The Board of Regents of the
National Association of Personnel
Services in 1999. |

Alyssa Sherman, CPC
Director of Operations

|
Alyssa has recently celebrated her 11th
year of being in the recruiting and
staffing business. She has over 7
years of restaurant management
experience and has graduated from the
Catholic University of America with a
bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Management. Alyssa was promoted to
Director of Operations in 2003 and has
earned the designation of CPC from The
Board of Regents of the
National Association of Personnel
Services in 2004. |

Michael has extensive experience in
restaurant management to include 5 years
multi-unit management. Michael
earned the designation of CPC from The

2005. He was recently
promoted to Senior Recruiter at APS in
recognition of his performance and
overall contributions to the company. |

specialist. He also has over a

Justin was recently promoted to
corporate accountant in 2006.
Prior to his promotion, Justin served as
the company bookkeeper for 2 years.
He is a graduate of the "Academy of Finance"
at Patuxent High School and is currently
working towards a degree in Business
Administration from the College of
Southern Maryland. |
